This microphone utilizes a cardioid polar pattern tailored specifically for speech, which picks up sound directly in front of the element while rejecting unwanted off-axis noise.

Furthermore, the boom swivels easily, so you can position the microphone on either the right or left side of your face. To ensure long-wearing comfort during lengthy events, the headset includes an adjustable cushioned headband and a lightweight frame.
